We hosted a Women in Tech Roundtable in Dublin. Thank you to all the women involved for sharing your experiences and having open conversations like these.

🤸♀️ Achieving Work-Life Harmony: We emphasised the importance of prioritising self-care and striking a balance between professional and personal life. A harmonious work-life balance empowers individuals to thrive in their careers and personal endeavours.
Employers can also support a better work-life balance through hybrid working models to allow for flexibility. Encouraging in-person interactions can also foster collaboration and learning opportunities.
🔥 Empowering Future Leaders: We recognised the need to cultivate the next generation of female leaders in the tech industry. By providing mentorship, support, and opportunities for growth, we can ensure a more diverse and inclusive leadership landscape.
💸 Gender pay disparities persist: highlighting the need for continued focus on closing the gender gap.
