We hosted a Women in Tech Roundtable in Dublin. Thank you to all the women involved for sharing your experiences and having open conversations like these.

Employers can also support a better work-life balance through hybrid working models to allow for flexibility. Encouraging in-person interactions can also foster collaboration and learning opportunities.
