Been there and worked with many recruitment companies, but this one is different in all good ways. Firstly, the CV is entertained and candidates are given an opportunity to understand the job and align it to their expectation/ambition. Also, full transparency is maintained from the recruitment/hiring process perspective. This includes the role, remuneration, benefits etc. Proactive follow-ups done to keep the candidate up-to-date on the progress and outcome. Shiela Keogh did a fantastic job in my case and reflected all what I have said in my above comments. She is an asset to the company and I thank her for all her assistance and efforts. Hi All, Very much impressive on Wayne's interaction with candidates. Yes may be it is all part of Recruiters responsibility, however beyond the job, the connection between the company and the candidates in terms of satisfying the requirement what client has in their pocket and taking further with the candidates profile and filtering to proceed for next level is the biggest challenge. I am new here and only 2 months old, he was very much with me to explain every process and in every stage of the interview and made me feel more comfortable, build my confidence more and reliable. He was also given the details how I need to prepare here in Ireland and obviously I am from India and the interview process and the expectations are completely different. Overall, he is process oriented, good in filtering the technical ability with the candidates, good rapport with the client and filtering the details from them what they need in the role and the same has been analyzing with the candidates. I got the right job with the help of Wayne.
