We’ve signed up to the Tech Talent Charter

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a commitment by organisations to a set of undertakings aimed at delivering greater inclusion and diversity in the tech workforce. Signatories of the charter make several pledges in relation to their approach to recruitment and retention.

In joining the TTC, Realtime Recruitment are proud to stand alongside influential organisations such as the BBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone and more.

Realtime Recruitment are committed to championing inclusivity and diversity in our own workforce, as well as those of our clients’ who trust us with their recruitment.

We are heavily involved in several initiatives aimed at bringing diverse talent into the workforce. We’re encouraging kids to pursue a career in tech through our partnership with Bring IT On and the Belfast Met, bringing valuable guidance with our acclaimed ‘Top 12 Tech Jobs: Explained’ resources. We’re leading the charge in advocating for women in tech through event sponsorships and volunteering, with our Director in Belfast, Claire Nixon, leading the Belfast Women in Tech group, which has grown to over 1,300 members. We’re also helping start-ups break into the industry with event sponsorships and partnerships.

“Realtime Recruitment are thrilled to be signing up to the Tech Talent Charter – we are fierce believers in diversity within our own organisation and within the wider technology sector. The TTC is an impressive body – driving innovation and progress towards a more inclusive future.”
