The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a commitment by organisations to a set of undertakings aimed at delivering greater inclusion and diversity in the tech workforce. Signatories of the charter make several pledges in relation to their approach to recruitment and retention.
In joining the TTC, Realtime Recruitment are proud to stand alongside influential organisations such as the BBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone and more.

We’re leading the charge in advocating for women in tech through event sponsorships and volunteering, with our Director in Belfast, Claire Nixon, leading the Belfast Women in Tech group, which has grown to over 1,300 members. We’re also helping start-ups break into the industry with event sponsorships and partnerships.
