From there, we were able to use our expertise in resourcing niche skills to select the best IT professionals. We were able to send out an offer to contractors within 24-48 hours. Most of the roles had a quick turnaround to address their needs.
We were able to successfully place 7 contractors across – .Net Development, QA, and Database Development. All of these were high quality and hired quickly, meeting the brief of specific niche skills.
Our entire process was seamless and compliant with IR35. We had our insurance backed IR35 determination process to ensure hiring Outside IR35 was easy and simple for the client. Overcoming any concerns or perceived risks.
