Realtime is seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant with a strong focus on Microsoft skills, particularly proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights for clients. Key Responsibilities:

Data Modeling and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain data models using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Create DAX formulas and calculations to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and data needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Dashboard and Report Development:

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ensure data visualizations are clear, insightful, and aligned with client goals.

Data Integration:

• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs, to create unified datasets for analysis.
• Implement data cleansing and transformation processes as needed.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data models, DAX calculations, and report development.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on DAX best practices and techniques.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft's data analytics and visualization tools.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing analytics processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Data Science).
• Proven experience as an Analytics Consultant or similar role, with a strong emphasis on DAX expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Solid understanding of database systems, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex, unstructured datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure Data Factory or SQL Server is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power BI or data analytics are preferred.
