What do I need as a Service Desk Analyst?
- Experience in user/1st line IT support roles and customer service experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the following systems: Office 365, Citrix Admin, ITSM Ticketing, IP Telephony, Document Management, Active Directory Admin, and Exchange Admin
- Solid understanding of PC operating systems and applications
- Ability to work independently and research IT issues and products
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Security and its importance today within IT and business
