Salesforce Project Manager

Realtime recruitment are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager for a permanent position in South Dublin.

The Salesforce Project Manager is a crucial member of the Digital Services team, reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer. In this role, you will actively contribute to the success of the team by promoting the optimal adoption of our enterprise digital toolkit, with a specific focus on our strategic CRM platform: Salesforce. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, playing a hands-on role to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of project delivery for Salesforce and integrated platforms, advocating for greater utilization of our digital toolkit to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
  • Act as an advocate for business stakeholders, collaborating with delivery teams to drive customer-centric enhancements aligned with company and client priorities.
  • Execute and optimize the agreed strategy for the ongoing adoption of Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on all aspects of the Salesforce platform.
  • Prepare formal documentation, training materials, campaigns, and other knowledge sharing artifacts to support continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on best practice approaches, methods, and metrics related to Salesforce and apply them within the organization.
  • Ensure operational stability by establishing and improving delivery and support processes.
  • Provide knowledge and support to the test function to aid in test preparation and execution.
  • Manage change projects from concept to launch.
  • Develop strategies and oversee teams to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships, both for operational service delivery and strategic partnerships.
Experience and Skills:
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience with Salesforce (certified) and similar cloud-based CRM platforms, focusing on delivery and management, ideally within highly regulated financial services.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative manner and resolve complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM project delivery lifecycles (agile and waterfall) and change governance and release processes in Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on speed to market and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing 3rd party software vendors.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery using various frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Extensive experience throughout the product development lifecycle, from discoveryto launch.
  • Advanced data analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, particularly in loosely defined contexts.
