The role
Maintain and support customer environments working daily with the core technologies in order to deliver a first-class level of service. Act as a technical advisor by monitoring, identifying issues, promoting good practice and report on key metrics.

What do I need?
- 1 3 years' I.T. Support/Service Desk experience MSP or Finance background highly desirable
- Technical knowledge or hands on with a combination of the following tools and tech Windows/ MS 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, MS InTune, Citrix, Hyper-V / VMWare, MS System Centre.
- Knowledge/ exposure Cisco or Aruba is highly desirable
- Must be a team player and work well within a highly collaborative environment
- Strong desire to acquire new skills and work with new technologies
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
