RealTime are looking for a Level 2 Field Services Engineer to provide senior technical support on support technologies and managed services to a high level of expertise. As this role will involve client visits own transport and driving licence are essential for this role - South Dublin-based MSP

- 5+ years' experience in IT technical service & managed operations
- Own transport & Driving Licence essential.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Escalation of unresolved issues.
- Provide support & root cause analysis by phone, email, remote session & onsite.
- Monitoring, reporting & administration of customer endpoint systems.
- Vendor technologies: Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud, data centre infrastructures, networking
- ITIL foundation
- Elements of On-call & out of hours duties
- Assist in training, accreditation & certifications.
