Field Service Engineer Level 2

RealTime are looking for a Level 2 Field Services Engineer to provide senior technical support on support technologies and managed services to a high level of expertise. As this role will involve client visits own transport and driving licence are essential for this role - South Dublin-based MSP

Skills & Responsibilities
  • 5+ years' experience in IT technical service & managed operations
  • Own transport & Driving Licence essential.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Provide support & root cause analysis by phone, email, remote session & onsite.
  • Monitoring, reporting & administration of customer endpoint systems.
  • Vendor technologies: Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, data centre infrastructures, networking
  • ITIL foundation
  • Elements of On-call & out of hours duties
  • Assist in training, accreditation & certifications.
