RealTime are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, to manage & log incidents and requests, resolve technical issues and escalate to a higher level when unable to resolve them.

- Experience in Helpdesk/Support Engineer role
- Microsoft Certifications
- Active Directory Administration, Office 365 Administration
- Autotask, ITGlue,
- Excellent Desktop skills
- Full clean driving licence (own transport beneficial)
- Manage Incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Log Incidents and requests in the PSA Tool
- Resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
- Call handling, ticket management
- Update knowledge articles
- Fault finding; connectivity, application errors, operating system issues, etc.
- Install Microsoft operating systems.
- Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
- Load software applications such as Microsoft Office
