IT Support Engineer Level 1

RealTime are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, to manage & log incidents and requests, resolve technical issues and escalate to a higher level when unable to resolve them.

Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Helpdesk/Support Engineer role
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Active Directory Administration, Office 365 Administration
  • Autotask, ITGlue,
  • Excellent Desktop skills
  • Full clean driving licence (own transport beneficial)
  • Manage Incidents and service requests within SLA.
  • Log Incidents and requests in the PSA Tool
  • Resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
  • Call handling, ticket management
  • Update knowledge articles
  • Fault finding; connectivity, application errors, operating system issues, etc.
  • Install Microsoft operating systems.
  • Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
  • Load software applications such as Microsoft Office
