RealTime are looking for an Office 365 Support Engineer to support the Operational Engineer Service Level Agreements associated with Desktop, printing and mobile issues.

Skills& Responsibilities
  • 4+ years' experience ideally in operations & field support for IT management.
  • Provides L2 support for End User Infrastructure incidents & service requests.
  • User support: Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
  • Support & build-out: Virtual cloud workstations, building software packaging.
  • Support the network & security team to identify & resolve issues
  • Contribute to: Integration, Lifecycle & Printer replacement projects.
