What do I need?

• Strong skills with virtualisation – VMWare, Hyper-V or similar
• Experience supporting the MS stack including – Windows OS, Windows Server, O365 etc
• Experience working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Networking knowledge – Switches, Routers, VPN, Back Ups, WLAN etc
• Experience working with MS Cloud stack is highly desirable
• Previous experience working on 3^rd line support issues highly advantageous
