Technical Consultant (NI StartUp)

County Antrim
Proud to be partnered with a home-grown NI startup with exciting growth plans

The Startup:
Belfast was recently ranked in the "Top 10 Tech Cities of the Future and this is one of the brilliant Tech businesses contributing to that status. My client is a startup/scaleup born and bred in Northern Ireland. But don't let their novelty fool you; they have already achieved success beyond their years and have experienced strong demand for their 'Customer Engagement' software and services.
They now need a number of Technical Consultants (graduate to Senior) to help deliver products to big-name clients.

The Role:
In simple terms, the Technical Consultant will ensure that customers receive software that meets their requirements. You are the conduit between your software developers and the client. It's very similar to a Business Analyst role, but more 'hands-on'. You will hold workshops with the client to understand their requirements and then build-out and implement the product for them. You will use a simple 'drag + drop' low-code tool to build out the solution. Overall you are responsible for the successful implementation of the company's products, including installation, integrations, testing + training.

You will have:
The Technical Consultant role requires a unique blend of customer-facing and technical skills. It would be great if you were ticking most of these boxes;
  • IT-Related Degree, or passion for computing (familiarity with Javascript)
  • 0-5 years' Business Analyst / Technical Consultant experience with 'a bit of technical knowhow' (scripting, test scripts)
  • Experience delivering to customers
  • Chatbot / Contact Centre / Customer Experience technologies would be a big plus!

You will get:
Here are some of the reasons why you should be interested:
-Ditch the corporate world for an innovative, award-winning startup
-Huge growth potential
-Unrivalled opportunity to learn (pair with a Senior Technical Consultant)
-Feedback = action; Genuine ability to shape the product and how it's delivered
-Direct access to C-Level leaders + Head of Development
-Flexibility; Focus on the quality of your work, not how long you work for
-Autonomy; Manage yourself + be the master of your own destiny!

*Salary 20,000 - 40,000 DOE*
