The Startup:
Belfast was recently ranked in the "Top 10 Tech Cities of the Future and this is one of the brilliant Tech businesses contributing to that status. My client is a startup/scaleup born and bred in Northern Ireland. But don't let their novelty fool you; they have already achieved success beyond their years and have experienced strong demand for their 'Customer Engagement' software and services.
They now need a number of Technical Consultants (graduate to Senior) to help deliver products to big-name clients.
The Role:
In simple terms, the Technical Consultant will ensure that customers receive software that meets their requirements. You are the conduit between your software developers and the client. It's very similar to a Business Analyst role, but more 'hands-on'. You will hold workshops with the client to understand their requirements and then build-out and implement the product for them. You will use a simple 'drag + drop' low-code tool to build out the solution. Overall you are responsible for the successful implementation of the company's products, including installation, integrations, testing + training.

- IT-Related Degree, or passion for computing (familiarity with Javascript)
- 0-5 years' Business Analyst / Technical Consultant experience with 'a bit of technical knowhow' (scripting, test scripts)
- Experience delivering to customers
- Chatbot / Contact Centre / Customer Experience technologies would be a big plus!
