Established in 2005, Realtime Recruitment is an Irish owned organisation that specialising in IT staffing and delivers successful resource solutions to clients and candidates in the Irish marketplace.
This role will suit someone with recruitment/sales experience looking for a fresh challenge with a company that will back you to succeed through the best tech, training, coaching and mentoring.

The Job
This is a 360 position, proactively sourcing candidates and clients as you look to grow a profitable desk.
You will have a good grasp of a technical area within recruitment as you look to share your knowledge and expertise with candidates and clients, offering an advisory service as you grow.
You will work with existing clients and also be expected to win new business using your knowledge and experience to secure their trust to work with you.
  • Presenting to clients in meetings and at networking events
  • Eager to attend Networking events to grow your market
  • Open to learning new techniques and applying them to your role

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and conducting effective interviews
  • Providing outstanding service to both candidates and clients
  • Invest time in the growth of your portfolio and time in building your network
  • Further development of relationships within organisations in your portfolio
  • Meeting recruiting managers to build relationships and understand their business needs
  • Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing to placement

The Ideal Candidate
  • Someone who enjoys business development as part of the 360 role with a real desire to succeed
  • Highly articulate and confident, both on the phone and face to face
  • Commercially astute with a laser focus on what needs to be done to grow your part of the business. Show initiative and awareness for business opportunities to help your growth and those of your colleagues, who in turn will look to help you.
  • Growth mindset a can-do person, who can bring new ideas and ways of doing things as well as learning and embracing new techniques that are beneficial
  • Keen to work in a challenging role where resilience, drive and ambition are the cornerstones for success. Also, to have fun along the way and work in a company where you will be recognised and appreciated by your peers.
  • You will have a track record of success in previous recruitment roles and/or sales roles.
