Service Analyst

A truly unique opportunity for candidates passionate about delivering a first-class customer service experience with a flair for basic application support. My client is an innovative not for profit organisation headquartered in the mainland UK. Working within the pharmaceutical supply chain my client also play an important role in the Covid-19 vaccine initiative. Due to N.I.'s unique position within the UK and EU my client is searching for candidates who can act as the face of the business for the N.I. market. If you are passionate about client satisfaction and have skills in basic application support then read on.

What do I need?
  • Experience delivering first-class customer service.
  • Ability to manage communications between multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver basic software support. Typically, L1 usability issues, training, access issues etc
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.
  • Desire to be a brand ambassador and become the face of business in N.I.
  • A background in life sciences/ pharmaceutical supply / healthcare is desirable but by no means essential.
