What inspires you to come in (or log on) everyday?

At the end of it all, we have a job to do. Get up, get logged on and get the job done!

Advice for someone who wants to work in recruitment?

As a new starter, I have a lot to learn and it definitely takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Be ready for that.
