Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I hated flying for years and thought the best thing to do was to face my fears…..so I decided to take part in a sky dive for charity and it was awesome. I now sleep when I get on a plane I’m sure you’re glad to hear. Watch out RT I could be arranging another one soon.

Can you describe your career journey so far?

I started my career in the automotive industry, as I progressed through to management I became passionate about hiring the right person for my team. I enjoyed the recruitment and onboarding process so much that I looked into doing it full time. Fast forward a few years and here I am.

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

Without a doubt, the training and support from all staff I’ve received from Day 1 has been incredible. Not forgetting the modern office in the heart of Belfast with a rooftop terrace!

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

A ‘NO’ doesn’t mean giving up! Get feedback, find out how you can improve, put it into practice and try again.

What inspires you to come in (or log on) every day?

I have a genuine passion for helping people. With recruitment you’re really changing people’s lives; it could be their dream job, relocation or a new career.
