What do you do in Realtime?

Specialise in Front End Engineering roles including JavaScript, PHP, UX/UI and Mobile.

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I was born in Poland and moved to NI when I was 9 years old, only knowing 2 words of English: Aeroplane and biscuit.

I’m a crazy cat lady and have a Ragdoll kitten who is 5 months old & loves going out for walks.

I love travelling and learning about new cultures.

Can you describe your career journey so far?

I started off in Recruitment after graduating from Ulster University with a Business Studies degree, I’ve recruited for companies across various industries in Northern Ireland and London for Software Engineers. 2 years on and I love my job more and more every day.

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

The team at Realtime is collaborative and supportive, there is not one person you couldn’t turn to for advice. What is one piece of career advice you could give?

You’re on your own journey, focus on the direction, not speed.

One way to stay motivated is to surround yourself with driven and hard-working individuals who make you want to be better every day. Create your own path to success and set out small achievable goals rather than unrealistic ones.
