My Background: On leaving school I went straight into the big bad world and completed a 2-year tax apprenticeship. After my 2 years’ I was extremely keen to get involved with the Belfast tech scene. This is where my recruitment journey started with Realtime, I joined up originally as a resource working my way up to managing my own desk. In my time at Realtime I have focused on backend development, C++, firmware, hardware and embedded. I am loving in the buzz of the recruitment world and its extremely reward helping candidates get their dream role and working with some of the world’s leading tech houses.
