Realtime Recruitment are looking for a Service Desk Engineer Level 1 with excellent communication skills for a Support position for a client based in South Dublin. The chosen candidate will troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure the constant flow of IT support along with other duties.

Excellent communication skills are a must as a massive part of the role will be supporting daily and creating written documentation so both written and verbal communication is crucial.


–  2 years experience in IT Support

– Working knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Azure Active Directory/ Office 365/ Windows.

– Understanding of Intune is very beneficial.

– Hands-on experience with Hardware ( Setup, Configuration, Break-fix )

– A strong work ethic and passion for continuous career growth.

– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with users on all levels.

The ideal candidate will hold a Stamp 1G, Stamp 4 Visa, Irish or EU Passport.
