Responsibilities
– Use customer insight and data to define and prioritise problems and opportunities that create real customer and business value
– Develop and own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy and customer needs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, marketing, and customer service to deliver exceptional end-to-end product experiences
– Ensure continuous learning by validating assumptions, testing hypotheses, and iterating based on performance and feedback
– Take ownership of product performance, holding yourself accountable for customer satisfaction and business outcomes
– Lead with a strategic mindset-identify trends, competitive insights, and technology advancements to shape product direction
– Foster strong alignment across internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, decisions, and progress
– Evangelise product management best practices across the organisation, contributing to a culture of innovation and customer obsession
– Inspire and lead teams through ambiguity, promoting clarity, collaboration, and decisive action
– Influence and engage non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and buy-in for product initiatives
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience delivering web/mobile applications, ideally within digital commerce or retail environments
– Proven track record of developing and launching innovative digital solutions
– In-store technology experience (customer ordering, engagement, checkout) is a strong advantage
– Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.)
– Agile methodology experience
– Experience managing both internal and external delivery teams
– A user-first mindset with a focus on simplicity and customer value
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Project management experience with the ability to deliver at pace
– A full driving licence and access to transport (for site visits and collaboration)
