Realtime is excited to be partnering with one of our long-standing clients, a local champion in the digital agency space. Our client has one of the best home-grown success stories and is searching for a Technical Support Developer to join their team. As a Technical Support Developer, you will play an important part in the Development team, working on amazing projects with some of the biggest names in the market whilst providing support when it comes to unresolved issues for the team and clients.
What you need:
-Experience in Support
-Understanding of PHP
-Experience in Craft CMS is beneficial
-Strong passion for development
As a Technical Support Developer, you will:
-Work on the full SDLC, ensuring client requirements are met and websites are highly functional.
-Collaborate with design and development teams to escalate unresolved issues internally and for clients in line with SLA when necessary.
-Stay at the forefront of the web industry and incorporate new approaches and ideas.
-31 days of annual leave (including bank holidays).
