Your responsibilities:

– Innovate and deploy architectures to revolutionise data systems, fostering analytical and business value.

– Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to craft efficient, resilient, and automated data pipelines and transformation applications.

– Apply advanced data modelling skills for multi-TB storage scenarios.

– Implement and oversee data integrations across on-premises and cloud services.

– Dedicate efforts to constructing a flexible, robust, and high-performance platform with sustained availability.

– Develop processes for comprehensive data lifecycle management, covering ingestion to deletion.

– Work closely with diverse teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.

– Identify and implement suitable file formats for data ingestion via ETL/ELT pipelines.

– Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to meet service-level agreements.

– Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow team members and early adopters of the platform.

Your qualifications:

– Possess a Bachelor&’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical discipline.

– Showcase over 3 years of SQL expertise (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).

– Demonstrate more than 3 years of proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

– Accumulate 2+ years of experience with web service APIs (SOAP, REST).

– Exhibit familiarity with cloud DW solutions and ELT/ETL solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Bigquery, Talend, Matillion, DBT, etc.).

– Adeptness with Snowflake Analytics Platform and Talend is a notable advantage.

– Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices.

– Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins (CI).

– Exposure to Automation, encompassing Unit and Integration Testing.

– Understanding of Cloud Concepts.

– Proactive, logical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.

– Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
