My client is a homegrown Northern Irish success story, operating as a market leader within the world of price comparison technology and software. They are looking for a motivated individual with a background in account management or customer success to join their highly successful and talented team in the Belfast office.
As part of the Customer Success team, you&’ll own existing accounts, bring on new partners/customers, and foster long-term partnerships. The role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships to grow existing accounts and great career progression opportunities to take on larger accounts and more responsibility.

What&’s in it for you:

– Manage multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and solutions.

– Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.

– Attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (primarily in the UK).

– Share knowledge, assist junior employees, and contribute to organizational development.

– Anticipate customer needs, drive growth opportunities, and provide product support.

– Collaborate with various teams to deliver new opportunities and align with customer expectations.

Who we&’re looking for:

– Determined and eager professionals with a degree in a business or IT field.

– Confident communicators comfortable with customer interactions.

– Organized planners who thrive on embracing new responsibilities.

– Minimum 3 years&’ experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities.

– Experience managing and maximizing profitability in B2B relationships.

– Target-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
