Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and align our solutions to meet those requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Key Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients to drive business growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of account plans.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
*6 years experience-proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
*Strong understanding of client relationship management and key account planning principles.
