Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I’m a massive Gossip Girl fan and my now husband proposed to me in Central Park where Chuck and Blair got married ( if you know you know) lol.

Can you describe your career journey so far?

I studied Advertising with Human Resource Management at Ulster University for 3 years. After completing my degree, I moved to Australia for international job experience. I landed my first role as an Internal recruiter which I had done for several years. I then wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone that extra bit further and face more challenges which is why I decided to move from internal to agency. I now get to work with a wider candidate pool and a great range of clients – it’s the best of both worlds!

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

The support from management is incredible along with the company culture. Even though we have three separate offices we still feel like one huge team!

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

The only way to do great work is to love what you do, if you haven’t found it yet, keep looking and don’t settle.

How do you stay motivated?

Set yourself short-term goals as well as long-term goals – this will always keep you on track to succeed.
