It’s been an emotional rollercoaster with highs and lows!

The culture.

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

Don’t ever accept a counteroffer. It’s never just about the money or job title.

What does your typical day look like?

I never really know and that’s what I love about the job. Every day is different. When dealing with people you get to see amazing and crazy outcomes.

Advice for someone who wants to work in recruitment.

It’s a great career and can be really rewarding but you need to have high resilience as its not an easy job.

How did you get where you are? What steps did you take to become Director?

I have always set personal and professional goals and with them comes hard work.

Did you face any challenges as leader? How did you overcome them?

No matter the position you will always face challenges, I try reflecting on them and asking others advice as a sanity check. Then address them so you can move on.

Best piece of advice for aspiring leaders?

No matter position you hold, always try to lead from the front and don’t ask others to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.

What does it mean to be a leader at Realtime?

A lot, I love the job and enjoy seeing how much of a positive impact we can have of people careers and personal circumstances.
