Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I used to have to get a boat to school. Hard to beat getting a day off school for it being too foggy.

Can you describe your career journey so far?

Graduating in 2022 I had the opportunity to work in retail for a year before switching to recruitment. It’s been a great experience so far and looking forward to what’s in store for the future.

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

My colleagues, being the newest member of the USA Team they have been extremely supportive and welcoming. It’s great to have people around you with great experience and willingness to help you succeed.

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

Be consistent. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work. If you keep putting in the effort the rewards are not far behind!

What inspires you to come in (or log on) everyday?

Knowing that what we do in Realtime can make a huge difference in people’s life.
