What do you do in Realtime?

I specialise in all things project delivery – Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, as well as SAP and Salesforce roles

What inspires you to come in (or log on) everyday?

My passion for helping others – listening to clients’ requirements and helping solve their hiring needs, while helping candidates transition into new careers and following their successes!

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I spent 6 Summers in the US working as a water ski and wakeboarding instructor on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH.

Can you describe your career journey so far?

Ironically, I studied Computing Technologies for 3 years at Ulster University, before changing direction completely in 2017. I embarked on a new path studying Psychology and I quickly became fascinated with understanding human behaviour and mental processes. Now, several years on, I have paired my passion for technology and personality psychology to source outstanding talent for Northern Ireland’s greatest tech companies!

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

The team and having the opportunity to work with such a collaborative group of people. And they aren’t bad craic either!

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

It’s never too late to make a new start – don’t fear change and seize every opportunity!
