What do I need?

• Experience delivering support on the MS stack including Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server etc.
• Understanding of network infrastructure VMWare, Routers, Switches etc
• Skills with MS Azure are highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Skills with hardware set up – Laptops, desktops, tablets etc.
