Your new company is a well-established consultancy who are rapidly increasing its Belfast operation in preparation for exponential growth this year.

As an RPA Analyst you will
  • Build valued and professional relationships with external clients and internal peers
  • Optimise business processes and prioritise them based on client needs
  • Client and research opportunities for business cases which can be added to the client roadmap
  • Present key results, deliverables and outputs to the client with exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Participate in client presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects
  • Create high-quality work products and develop deep knowledge in one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems
  • Understand our service offerings and help to identify opportunities to better serve our clients
  • Ready processes for automation by applying process optimisation/re-engineering techniques
  • Engage with clients at all levels across the organisation, both business and technology functions
  • Respond to client needs, provide updates on project events and progress, and provide subject matter knowledge
Your Skills
  • 3 rd Level qualification ideally in IT-related subject
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a previous RPA Analyst role
  • Experience dedicated to client delivery in the automation space involving a variety of technology products, such as: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
  • Experience in one or more of our focus industries including Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Tech and Media, Advanced Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment and using Agile methods for software delivery e.g. Scrum, SAFE, Kanban, Lean, TDD and CI/CD
  • Proven skills and experience in effectively working in a cross-functional Agile team
  • A proven ability to lead and deliver on software projects in a fast-paced environment
