Service Desk Manager

Realtime Recruitment are on the lookout for a Service Desk Manager for a client based in South Dublin.
My client is a Managed Service Provider so the ideal candidate will come from an MSP background.
The chosen candidate will report to the Head of Operations.

To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Full clean driving license and access to your own Vehicle
  • A solid understanding of ITIL framework
  • Track record of adhering to KPIs
  • Impeccable time management and ability to perform and work under time pressure
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Ability to support clients on site and remotely
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the IT industry
The role itself:
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the Service Desk
  • Responsible for incident and problem management in line with agreed SLA's
  • Manage ticket queues for Level 1/2/3 teams
  • Train and mentor Service Desk team on operational processes and procedures
  • Lead in the implementation of continuous service improvements
