They have grown their business massively in the last 18months, taking their product capabilities, geographic reach and employee numbers to the next level. Having recently appointed some huge C-Level names from the likes of Facebook and Google, they are expanding their Belfast Engineering Operations.
 
Technical Development Manager
As a Technical Development Manager in this groundbreaking company, you will be responsible for 5 exceptional Engineers in Belfast. Unlike other 'Development Manager' roles – the focus here is NOT on "Management” or being "a Boss” – but on supporting and looking after teams. You will act as a player/coach – helping teams perform their best in a high-growth 'startup' environment. The Technical Development Manager will step in and assist with coding as well as Agile process optimization. You will be a hands-on coach for more junior team members. This position will suit someone who cares about helping teams: a 'human-focused' techy!
 
Skills + Experience
-6 years' coding (Java8, python, ruby) in a cloud environment
-Skilled in building CI/CD Pipelines etc
-1+ years team/people management
-Ideally knowledge and interest in Security : Compliance, Detection etc
