Project Manager (Junior - Senior)

The Role
In this fantastic new role, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of exciting projects for the company and their partner brands, including global retail brands and household names.
You will:
  • Manage large, complex projects
  • Drive digital transformation
  • Manage stakeholders and third parties
  • Engage senior executives to provide a clear overview of project status
  • Create and manage project plans, targets, and budgets
  • Train clients in a variety of project delivery methodologies

Skills and Experience
Applicants for this Project Manager role should ideally have:
  • At least 3 years' experience managing full life-cycle software/digital projects
  • Experience delivering complex tech solutions
  • Ability to manage senior, demanding stakeholders
  • Experience driving large change initiatives
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple differing priorities
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in both change management and project management
  • Preferably, a delivery management or PM certification (Prince2, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Preferably, experience in the retail sector
