Technical Recruiter – 12 month Contract – Inside IR35 – Start 3-4 weeks
Join a highly focused team in Belfast and use your expertise to support the recruiting process across several functions, but your primary focus will be on technology positions. As a Technical Recruiter you will work closely with hiring managers to understand and predict business requirements and develop hiring strategies that will attract high quality candidates.
What do I need as a Technical Recruiter?
You will have demonstrated ability to creatively source talent in the technology sector
You will have strong experience of tracking and communicating recruiting data
You will have strong attention to detail and a passion for administrative/compliance related duties underpinning the hiring process
You will be a great communicator with an innate ability to adapt in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Strong ability to prioritise workload and self-motivated individual
Experience with application tracking software, particularly Workday, is desirable
Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry is advantageous
