What will I be doing?
Work closely with my clients' customers to identify and solve issues using the company product and your expertise. Work with established and new customers all while delivering a first-class service experience for the end user.

What do I need?
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Technical Support / Customer Success role
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking and debugging logs
  • Knowledge of Python coding is highly desirable
  • Experience working/supporting virtual environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of back up & recovery tools and procedures
