Deskside Support / Helpdesk Engineer

Realtime Recruitment have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Deskside Support / Helpdesk Engineer.
The chosen candidate will work alongside a Senior Engineer on a busy desk gaining massive experience across a wide range of technologies.

What's required from you:
  • Experience with O365
  • Strong Windows experience Installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of Imaging and setting up of new Laptops
  • Working knowledge of MAC would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills.
