Project Manager

RealTime has a new opening for an experienced Project Manager with a specific background in buildings and facilities.
As Clients begin to look at their current offices and the general setup, there is undoubtedly a need for change to adapt to the new way of working. Spacing of desks, putting in new offices, taking out old offices to make more space and all with an eye on the safety of the staff at the core.

This company is adopting a flexible working approach, and therefore will not have a need for the same number of desks in the office which will allow for a reorg on spacing. It will also look to your expertise to make recommendations around meeting rooms, sizes, maximum meeting times in small offices etc....

In addition to your facilities experience, you will ideally have a grounding in Health & Safety to ensure a smooth transition for workers returning to the office, happy in the fact the environment meets the highest standards to allow for collaboration and productivity, whilst making it a place where people look forward to going to do their work and meet their work colleagues.

Key Skills:
  • 7+ years Project Management
  • Proven track record in Facilities and Building Management
  • Health & Safety experience
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communicator - get ideas across succinctly
