What do I need?
- 2 years' experience in customer success, account management, customer support or similar role within a SaaS business
- Strong I.T. skills and computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with a can – do attitude
- Be a team player
- Project management experience is highly desirable but not essential
