What do you do in Realtime?
Client Relationship Manager. My role involves providing a consistent primary point of contact for our clients, exceeding their expectations and aligning Realtime as their trusted recruitment partner of choice. Connecting our clients with our recruiters to ensure they are successful in securing the best candidate for their roles.
Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?
I once ran 2 marathons in a week. Boston Monday and London the Sunday after in April 2018. I was an amazing experience with extremes of weather as Boston was the coldest and wettest in its history and London was one of the hottest. Definitely a special memory!
Can you describe your career journey so far?
After University, I stumbled into a career in pharma sales, and there I remained up until now, although I took time out when I was raising my family. I am excited to be working with Realtime, because my role encompasses the same skill set that helped me succeed in pharma. Communication, building genuine long-term partnerships, and a consultative approach to exceed customer needs, is what gives me true satisfaction.
What is the best thing about working at Realtime.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The company values of accountability, integrity and rapport resonate loud and clear with everyone in the team.
What is one piece of career advice you could give?
Though it may scare you, keep learning, keep being curious and be brave enough to try new roles that utilise your skills.
How do you stay Motivated.
I am a great believer that building exercise into the day makes me more focused and productive. Enjoying a run in Tollymore Forest or the beach is the best start to the day, and I’m always raring to go after. I also enjoy gym classes and yoga, but my very favourite activity is walking with my two fabulous cockapoos (Rosie and Ralph).
