What do you do in Realtime?

I specialise in all things Frontend and Mobile.

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I was 23 the first time I went on a Plane. Trying to make up for it now though!

Can you describe your career journey so far?

I graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s in information technology and economics from NUIG. A few months later I started at Realtime, using my knowledge in IT to find the best-qualified candidates I can!

What is the best thing about working at Realtime?

Being in charge of what I do. Once we get into the swing of things after starting, we’re able to decide how our days go and what we want to do. It gives us the freedom to find the path that works best for us.

What is one piece of career advice you could give?

Don’t overthink things too much! Sometimes you just need to go with your gut.

How do you stay motivated?

I find if I plan out clearly what I’m aiming to achieve and what steps I need to take to get me there, it’s easier to stay focused and not get distracted by things that don’t matter.
