What people say about working with me:

“Dealing with Lorrain McGrath since the start, found a position that she deemed the perfect fit for me and that was spot on, been there 3 years now and still happy. They are always prompt to attend to any kind of requests I have (an there were many) and in some cases going above and beyond to get me exactly what I need. They are very professional and efficient in Realtime specially dealing with payroll, never a single day late. No regrets from me. 5 stars”

“I found Realtime and Lorraine and Maria in particular, to be professional, supportive and enjoyable to work with. They were effective in identifying quality companies and employment opportunities and then were comprehensive in helping to prepare for all stages of the process. Always available for a bit of banter and advice – would work with them again and recommend them.”

“Lorraine McGrath is my agent from Realtime Recruitment, and I have been working with her in the last a year and a half, and I absolutely LOVE her. She was very effective on finding me my desired opportunity, helped me with the interview, and also managed to negotiable a good rate for me, I really appreciate her help as she is very professional!”

“She is also very helpful on the onboarding and follow-up processes, to help me get started. She is always very responsible and understanding to all my questions and helped me in great patience. We’ve been enjoying several lunches together and we both had a great time.”

“Realtime Recruitment itself is also a very professional team, they always handle my invoices in time without any fault, and they send out notification for events that we should be aware of, very professional. I would recommend RealTime and also my agent Lorraine McGrath to anyone who’s in need of career consultancy.”

“I have worked in the last years with excellent people on different projects in Europe, but Lorraine from Realtime has been amazing. I never had a yearly personal “one to one” with an agency recruiter before! So, Lorraine became more than just a recruiter and I was a part of a group. When the project started I was helped with the details of arriving and starting in Dublin. This was thoughtful and took out some of the pressure of having many things moving at that time. Thank you Lorraine and Realtime.”

“I’ve worked with a lot of agencies over the years and I can say without a shadow of doubt that Realtime were the best. Lorraine kept in regular contact with me, made sure that contract extensions where dealt with quickly and always tried to do the best for the me in regards to negotiations with the Client.
Vicki in accounts again was lovely to deal with, paid regular as clockwork each month and even contacted me directly when I had forgotten to submit my timesheet (on more than one occasion, sorry Vicki). I always recommend Realtime to anyone considering going out contracting and I have found them a valuable resource in finding new people for my team too.”

“I have been with Realtime Recruitment for the past 15 months. In my time with Realtime I can safely say I have never had an issue or complaint with them. All my dealings have been friendly, professional, sympathetic and all dealt with in a speedy manner.
Payments have always been made on time and the invoicing system seems to run seamlessly.
I have a great Recruitment Specialist in Lorraine McGrath. She was the person who got me the initial contract with Cornmarket and who did all the initial negotiating on my behalf – all to great success I must add. I have on two separate occasions requested the assistance of Lorraine McGrath in extending and updating my contract position. On both of these occasions I found Lorraine to be nothing other than completely focused on my requirements as well as considering the contracting company’s position. Lorraine was quick to get the issues out on to the table for discussion and also very swift in coming to a conclusion and solution that suited both myself and the contracting company. I also have regular chats with Lorraine who contacts me to get an update on my position, how the contract is going, if I have any issues. She’s always been a very friendly voice to have at the other end of the phone while always being professional and diligent.”

“I was having the honour and luck to work with Lorraine McGrath in the past few weeks.
What I can say, is that my experience with her was simply brilliant! She found the best matching job opportunity for me in a very short period of time. Lorraine is very professional, keeping at the same time, special caring about the candidate needs and details. She was always available and not only by official emails, but I could also reach her on Whatsapp at any time. Lorraine cared about all the details for my relocation to Ireland, giving me tips and useful information about details which weren’t strictly related with job offer itself. I would recommend her to all my friends & colleagues who want to come to Ireland in the IT sector. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again in future if I would need an IT job.”
