Job Description

My client is currently seeking a Support Engineer on a rolling contract basis in North Dublin. The role is accompanied by a competitive rate and a great location. This is an Urgent Requirement.  

Support Engineer (6-month rolling contract)

 

  • Responsible for the local IT Helpdesk – supporting 500 users.
  • Day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, Surface Pros + printers/ copiers, phones, peripherals
  • Software support – Windows Server 2012R2, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Office2016, Airwatch, ServiceNow
  • Wired and wireless network equipment and service mgt.
  • Admin and maintenance of 100 iPhones and iPads
  • Management/troubleshooting of Cisco and Barco AV equipment in meeting and video conferencing rooms
