My client is currently seeking to fulfill a Technical Support Manager position on a permanent basis. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary - €50-55k, within a market leading company in Cork.
The ideal candidate would hold demonstrable experience working a supervisor/lead oriented role:
- Management of SLA’s
- Delegate tasks
- Escalate and prioritize issues where necessary
- Manage a team of support engineers – 2nd line Queues and workloads
