Job Description

My client is currently seeking to fulfill a Technical Support Manager position on a permanent basis. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary - €50-55k, within a market leading company in Cork.

The ideal candidate would hold demonstrable experience working a supervisor/lead oriented role:

  • Management of SLA’s
  • Delegate tasks
  • Escalate and prioritize issues where necessary
  • Manage a team of support engineers – 2nd line Queues and workloads
