I am seeking 2 x Level 1 Service Desk Engineer for my client - a market leader in the financial space based in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis accompanied by an excellent salary up to €32k depending on experience, and benefits package.
The ideal candidate would hold experience in a number of the following areas:
- Provide first line support through the call-logging software and on-site, as appropriate for all incidents and requests.
- Escalate incidents and requests to on-site third line support, third parties or other teams where appropriate
- TCP/IP and/or LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
- Blackberry Enterprise Server Blackberry Handhelds
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013
- RSA Secure ID or other VPN Technologies
- Active Directory
- Windows OS 7 / 10
- Building and Maintaining Desktop/Laptops (HP/Dell)
- Network Security
- Experience in a Financial Services Environment is advantageous
- Support Desk call logging tools – HP service centre / Remedy / JIRA would be beneficial
